After applying for the role, an internal recruiter setup an initial interview via Zoom with a Project Owner and Tech Lead which went exceptionally well (from a candidate's perspective). Following steps would be follow up interview with the Director and they would be in touch. Over a week had passed and I had not received any correspondence, so I sent a follow up email chasing for some kind of feedback or outcome. Unfortunately due to the lack of professionalism and decency I never received any further correspondence regarding the outcome of the interview.
