Very friendly and informal chats with retail managers. Had two interviews one more general and another more specific. Don't think there was the need for 2 but it was very relaxed.

It was a rather standard relaxed interview over a cup of coffee. The manager asked regarding experience and availabilities. Asked about my experience in customer service and how comfortable I was in clienteling. Also, if I know any similar skin care companies.

Easy process, friendly environment - met with shop manager, area manager, and director of sales. Overall enjoyable experience. Asked generic questions + gave a great description of culture at the company.
