Invited in for a group interview. Was interviewed with three other people in a round-table setting to get a "feel" for our personalities and if we've fit it into the overall culture of the company. Repeatedly told that they did things differently. At no point did the interview address whether or not my skills or background would be a good fit or whether or not my professional credentials and education would make me a good fit for the role. Instead it was questions that can only best be described as ice breaker questions.
