First a typical screening interview... They ask about your profile and your professional experience. In this one, I had to wait around 15mins for the interviewer to arrive, then my camera was on the whole time while they never turned theirs on, it became weird after a while. Then I had another interview with a developer (around 45mins) where he explained everything about the position and the project itself. He was nice and I could tell he enjoys working there. He asked a few questions about my professional background and something like: "What would you bring to the team?". After answering he told me I was going to have another interview and explained the following steps of the process... Then they just ghosted me... I've been waiting a while now for a response...
