1st: Phone screening from HR 2nd: Technical phone interview with an engineer 3rd: A take home Javascript test, they provided an endpoint and a UI for the implementation 4th: they sent an invite for an onsite interview, but after submitting my availability, they didn't seem to reply at all, they called me after the mentioned dates stating that they are changing some structures in their front end team, and there will be no hiring at the moment, and they will be in touch if anything, basically it's a no, but it doesn't make any sense to send someone an invite for an onsite interview and then you call to cancel after the dates have passed, in addition that they posted the same job online just 4 days before the call, Also between each step there were a lot of emails and reminders, and the recruiter stated taht he was OOO in the middle of the process!!! Didn't appreciate the wait since I had other offers ready.
