recruiter didnt appreciate my experience level and sent my application to a floor i didnt apply to and had less experience on. despite saying i had over a year of experience on a telemetry floor working nights/weekends, somehow that wasn't enough experience to work in a weekend only night sift position. this is the exact position i have been working in for over 8 months.

There was first a lengthy phone screen with HR this might have been 20-30 minutes long. After this, I came to the hospital and met with 4 interviewers all together in the managers office. Unit manager, assistant manager, nurse educator, and a staff nurse for that unit were all present. They each asked me 2-3 questions each. I had an opportunity to ask them questions as well. After this, the staff nurse gave me a tour of the unit and walked me out of the unit. Everyone was kind and warm and friendly.
