Simple and brief. The staff were very welcoming and nice people. I look forward to working with them. So far the main eveny team is very welcoming and upbeat and I'm glad i get to be part of such team.

Any past experience in handeling difficult or upset guest.
The Interview process was pretty easy. Had 2 interviews, one with the General Manager and the other one with the Games Manager. Both are great people. The interview was just about getting to know me and introducing the company to me.
2 interviews with nice managers who just needed to know my schedule and if I was a student. They also asked if I was into in getting certified for the ropes course. I said no but was still hired on the spot.

Shown around the building and told responsibilities with also demonstrations of how to operate the things available in the building such as bowling and laser tag. Given a schedule of what time I should expect to be at work and the exceptions I have
