Interviewed four times in 3 months in person, was told I was top candidate, helped provide a sample copy of similar job description details from a global, reputable company to the contact for write up of this new role since a Job Description did not exist. Another month later, they decided to pursue another candidate. :( Oh well, such is life. I will say this was a first for me, very non traditional candidate selection process.
