I was spontaneously invited for an interview but I couldn't get a job description of role to prepare myself. The interviewers were really not good prepared and seemed to check emails during the interview, which gave me the impression they were not interested in my profile at all. My contact to the recruiting department regarding job description kept unanswered. Even though, I was still invited to a second interview and got an offer, which I rejected.
