Included several interview screening and steps to evaluate the candidate in multiple areas like communication, leadership, technology, SAP Platform SF, EC, ONB, RCM, Beeline, S4 HANA and interpersonal skills. The interview continued for atleast 3 working days and included a tour of the HR locations.
