The interview consists of giving part of a demo class to another teacher. You treat the teacher as if they are a child in the interview so they can see how you would interact with the students and the energy level you would bring to the classes

Very easy process they are very polite and you do a mock lesson with the interviewer who pretends to be a student (child) and you conduct the lesson as if they were a young student.
The interview was straightforward and easy. The interviewer asked questions regarding my work experience, whether I have a bachelors degree or not, and if I have my TEFL certificate. I like that the process was quick and I got a job offer within a week or two.

Interviewer made me feel at ease and played the role of a five year old with good energy. For my trial lesson, my coach was very helpful and I felt that confident I would pass the interview.
