The interview process entailed of a short demo video, and two online interviews in which it was necessary to pretend to teach with the given materials. They suggest that you create some props and be as enthusiastic and fun as possible to align with the company values.

fill in some basic information and get the response very soon. Then I booked the interview on the web by myself, the time slots are so flexible btw. The interview was around 15 mins and I did a demo. Make sure your lighting and background are good for teaching. Passion! Passion is very important! I did my best, kind of over the top, lol~~~
The interview went very well and my mock class but they never got back to me. They said they would reply in 2 or 3 days. Never contacted me again. Unreliable company.
The interviewer was a pleasure, extremely friendly, and informative. Beginning with a few mandatory questions we then began the interview process which was, too, rather pleasant. All material was available prior to the interview, allowing for pre-reading and preparation. Expectations were clerly outlined. All-in-all, enjoyable.
