Rushed, incomplete, no feedback given, no offer sent, no decline sent, finished early
Hands down, after interviewing with TAL, Landi, and a couple others, this interviewer and the interview itself were the absolute worst.
What I have observed is Magic Ears wants a cookie cutter duplicate of their two demos. They want not just high energy: over the top energy. They want not just a slightly decorated background: they want a corner that actually looks like it is taken from the corner of an American elementary school-- totally different than say TutorABC/iTutorGroup who wants a plain background so students do not get distracted.

Can I make the room brighter like an operating room or UFO abduction table. I had 3 ceiling lights on and they wanted it even brighter. The interviewer suggested adding a 5 light ceiling fixture.
