Their recruiting team is incredibly organized, efficient, and compassionate. From the initial phone screen all the way through to the offer, the director of talent acquisition went above and beyond to be communicative, helpful, and advocate for me. The process was intense (phone screen, hiring manager, panel, presentation, execs), but it seems worth it to ensure they only hire folks that align with their values and culture. Overall, I felt very valued and respected throughout the whole process... which is not something I can say about every company I interviewed with.
