The hiring process is LONG! they are very thorough but it seems a little like overkill. I had to interview just to be in their database and then spoke to 2 separate recruiters for the event I wanted to work. It seems like they trust you once you've worked a few events but they don't let anyone in without references and past work. However, the staff are super fun and friendly and don't give you the mean hiring manager vibe at all.
