I applied online and had to do a math/word comprehension test. I was also given the classic "personality test". The next day I got an email to set up a telephone interview. The interview was about 20 minutes long and typical interview questions about past experiance. I was told that the second interveiw would be in person, but it was also over the telephone with a different person. Between the 2 interviews, I also attended a virtual conference call about the position. The second interview was mostly situational and also about 20 minutes long. About 3 days later I found out I had not been chosen for the position 👎

There are multiple steps for this interview. This was through campus recruiting and there are info sessions you can participate to build relationships with the recruiter. Recommend signing up for these sessions. Then, if you are scheduled an interview, you will go through basic english and math tests online. After that, you will have a 1:1 interview and will need to present based on your findings of the case that has been given to you. Overall, if you have experience in this field, it will not be complicated. Straight forward questions.
