Met at a career fair then had an interview at my college. Two half hour interviews. One was behavioral and then one was reading a "scorecard" to decide which associate you should help. The behavioral was quite easy but I did not expect the "scorecard" roleplay so it caught me off guard. Went well though.

There are multiple steps for this interview. This was through campus recruiting and there are info sessions you can participate to build relationships with the recruiter. Recommend signing up for these sessions. Then, if you are scheduled an interview, you will go through basic english and math tests online. After that, you will have a 1:1 interview and will need to present based on your findings of the case that has been given to you. Overall, if you have experience in this field, it will not be complicated. Straight forward questions.
