Originally sent on-line resume in February 2011. Once I arrived in Dallas, I called (as requested) and the interviewer scheduled a time for us to meet -- March 25. Upon arrival at 10 am - I waited for nearly 30 minutes before she asked me to her office. Very nice person. We talked for nearly an hour.

I applied online for the position and was contacted by a HR representative within a couple of days. The interview process was fairly easy and was asked the usual questions regarding your work history.

Great approach, very nice and personable. Questionnaire was used, but it was actually relaxing and fun. I appreciated the friendliness. It was a lot about experience, customer service and why you would like to work for Macy;s.

Very casual if you're being interviewed inhouse. It was more or a less do u want the position or not question. After saying yes it was basically a formality at that point.
