the first 2 times i came to apply the store was late in opening both days by 10 minutes .so i waited at the door with customers for them to open.then both times the manager who was supposed to interview me was a no show.they didnt bother to call me to let me know.i drove over 30 miles to get ther one way i thought very unprofessional.i came back the 3rd time and i was interviewed in person and they hired me on the spot.i had taken the personality test a week before on the stoes computer .which the area was filthy and there were fleas on the chair.also they promised me 10hour then when they made final choice they said they told me 9hr.so they lied but i needed the jod so i took it.

The interview process was straightforward and fairly quick. It started with a phone interview from a recruiter or hiring representative who asked general questions about my background, availability, and interest in the role. The tone was professional but conversational, and the interviewer focused on making sure I could handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
I had one interview with the store manager and it lasted for about 45 minutes. The interview was all standard behavioral questions. I was offered the job on the spot.
