Interview was okay. I wasn't particularly impressed. My biggest complaint is that I didn't receive an answer regarding the interview. I called twice to follow up and left professional messages asking for a response. No return call, no email. Very unprofessional. If that's how Macy's does business, I don't want to work there.

ridiculous run around lots of waiting and they are no good about keeping appointment times. Poor follow through and poor planning on their part which ironically were key topics of importance when they reviewed the components of the position.

Asked the right questions, gave insight to the day to day responsibilities. Asked me about working with vendors for promotions and incentives for cosmetics department. Be ready to work 45 to 50 hours and also to interview sales retail reps.
