Walked in. Met a very nice HR person that walked me through the application process. Got interviewed by storeroom manager same day. Had a short chat about previous experience, what I can bring to the store, and worked out a schedule. Very professional and social. Wished they did more to convince me why Macy's was exceptional.

Quick no more than half an hour. a few questions about yourself and availability . One on one, usually offered position on the spot or will get called back .
