I applied online and got an email the next couple of days. You had to schedule an interview through the link on the email sent and choose a day and time they had available. I had to reschedule for the manager because something came up.
When I got to the location around 25 minutes early, I had to go to the executive offices and check in with some people in a room outside of it. Then I waited for 20 minutes until they told me I had to go down to the Wolfgang Puck restaurant. There I waited a little and then one of the workers asked if I was meeting with the manager and I said yes. Then she took me to a seat outside of the restaurant and told me the manager will be there shortly.
Met the manager and she asked me basic questions before the interview starts. This was my first interview and therefore, I messed up. I believe it was negative on my part because I asked the wrong questions and answered the interview questions horribly. The interview process was 8 questions.
Of course the next day, got an email for no job offer. I was bummed but it's alright because I got to witness how an interview can be.

Seemed like a standard interview, except for the fact that it was virtual and I had to record myself answering question prompts. This was my first time doing an interview though.

Horrible company . I used to work there and they still denied me . Horrible company in general. The managers look down on you and they they are better than everyone walking around with purses while we use plastic bags to carry our stuff

This was my first interview and it went alright. A lot of the questions were focused on customers, making customers connections and how to handle problems. Also how to handle a disagreement with coworkers, etc.
