Very easy interview with reasonable questions and expectations. Questions were focused about customer service, my approach to attracting customers, my best experience of helping customer. Worst experience with customer and how I dealt with it.
Very Comfortable quick and direct questions The interview was over the phone The interviewee was very personable for it being a phone interview The conversation flowed smoothly Before I knew it the interview was over I was feeling very positive
