The process was odd. I initially applied online through their ATS system and heard nothing back for about 3 weeks and then I saw that they were hiring in an ad in the newspaper. I went to an on-site interview on the day the ad said and was hired that day.

Very easy question super nice, company benefits were second to none one. They described how the training would go then I would be on my own. Very nice interviewer I enjoyed it all
The interview process was straightforward and friendly. After submitting my application online, I was contacted within a week to schedule a virtual interview. The interview lasted about 20–30 minutes and was conducted by a store manager.
