Did a couple of rounds of interviews and completed a writing test. I meet with a couple of HR reps, and two managers who would be working with me on the division. Overall, HR was great. They gave me a run-down of the position and what they were looking for. The managers were similarly helpful. Even though I didn't have a lot of experience in the area, they seemed interested in what I had to offer the corporation. We talked a lot about advertising in general and what challenges Macy's was anticipating, as well as their battle plan.

The process was multiple steps: HR, potential people leader, teammate(s) with a writing test, and then a final meeting with senior leadership. Overall, the questions themselves weren't difficult, but it was a 4 solid interviews + a test.
