First there was the online personality test and typical application process which is not very effective considering it's handled by a 3rd Party vendor that is not Macy's employees. I had to go in to speak to a manager and express my urgency for a job. The manager was extremely kind and VERY helpful. I was called in for a one on one interview the following week or two later. Basic questions were asked about sales techniques and personality. I was hired on the spot and started part one of a two part training the next day from 9-6.
