Had to apply 3 times before I got a call from HR telling me when to come in for my interview. The interview was simple enough I originally went in for a sales position but didnt have enough experiance so was offered a support positon and accepted. I would say DONT work for Macys. I dont think ive ever met anyone who is happy working for them, they treat theyre employees like crap. If you get hired be sure you are able to clock in and out effectively your first day, if it doesn't go through it might be because they didnt out you in the system yet. This happened to me and nobody knew anything until finally someone told me what the problem was 3 days later and I lost $138 that they refused to give me because I had "no proof" even though every single day i went in i filled out a time sheet...

Interview process was simple,i applied online received and email (about a week later) saying to pick a date and time for an interview. The day of i arrived 10 mins early, went to hr, waited for about 5 mins. Had a one on one interview with a manger, asked very simple questions. I think they mostly care about your schedule.
