Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. El proceso duró 5 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Macy's en abr 2011
Entrevista
Interviewed with them through college recruiting website. First interview was on campus and consisted of two parts. First part was with Macy's, interview was more of a case study. You're given information about certain employees (scoresheet with statistics) then must decide which one to mentor and why. Second part was typical behavioral. Invited back for second round and flew out to Cincinnati. 2 days, first day was meet and greet second day consisted of two one one one interviews, group project, and then group interview. Know your material about Macy's and be yourself. You don't want a job where you can't be yourself and have to change. People seemed friendly and very approachable.
The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.
It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.
There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
