The process was simple. A recruiter reached out via email. The email was very descriptive and provided all details needed to decide if I wanted to proceed with the interviewing process( ie: salary) . They set up a meeting quickly. The hiring manager really studied my resume and asked relevant questions about my career. I made it to round 2 and met with the publisher, but I am still waiting to hear from them. I contacted the recruiter, but she has not replied to confirm if they've already filled the position. They were supposed to decide in January, so I'm sure the position was filled. However, I was disappointed. It feels worst than receiving a follow-up rejection email.
