It took 2 months after the add had closed. Panel interview, One attendee failed to show up, HR had no idea if they were coming or not. Interview started late. Another attendee disappeared for 30 mins in the interview. Grilled by a new employee that had only been with the company for one week, went off topic in relation to the job description. Was questioned about my experience in xxxxx field. My impression was alot of senior personnel had left recently not sure why? But in my opinion this is never a good thing. I feel my time was wasted and the company culture is poor. Company was unorganised and unprofessional.
