It was a long process (6 hours in total) as I was doing their assessment centre, so that did affect my performance over the whole of interview. However, the Emerging Talent team were super informative and understanding, gave breaks and time for lunch, as well as the overall team who were interviewing asked some nice questions (none trying to catch you out).

I had my 1st interview in Mace's office at the end of March. After the 1st interview, they called me to tell me that I have successfully passed the 1st phase and invited me to an assessment day. I booked the tickets for the assessment day and 5 days before the assessment they call me again to tell me that it is canceled and that I will have a second stage interview instead. The 1st interview was good. The second one was a bit awkward because they asked exactly the same things even though they had the notes from the 1st one. At the end of the second interview, they tell me that I will have my feedback within 10 days. The negative response came to me 28 days later. The worst thing is that when I asked for detailed feedback the HR Recruiter never responded to my emails and also they never paid the travel expenses as it was agreed from the beginning.
Summary
-Good and friendly personnel inside the company
-The least that I can say about the HR department is unacceptable behaviour.

Entrevista
Extensive online application, followed by an interview with a director and an HR representative. Competence based questions, preceded by questions about the job and previous work experience. If successful, there is an assessment centre, which is a half day event held at their main office. Two group exercises and an individual 1:1 presentation with another director.
People are notified within 10 working days after the AC with regards to the outcome of their application. Option to request feedback in the case of rejection.
It has been 6+ weeks, several e-mails with no follow up and no news. There is no way to contact them over the phone either, because there is no phone within the recruiting team, according to the receptionist. Advised to e-mail them again, even though I have been waiting for over two weeks in a response to my previous e-mail.
Very unprofessional and disrespectful treatment towards candidates and utterly disappointing experience
