I only have great things to say about MX's application and interview process. I submitted my application online and within 24 hours I received an email from Becky, the Director of Talent, to schedule a phone interview. I'm not a fan of phone interviews, but Becky made it more of a discussion where I could get any questions or concerns answered, which I very helpful. In addition, I was only in town for the day and Becky was able to hurry and get me in the office an in-person interview that same day. When I arrived for the interview I was surprised that the secretary was expecting me, since I had just scheduled the interview. I was then given a tour of the office and introduced to several people from different departments. I was very impressed with how friendly people were, even though I was just there for an interview. In my actual interview they took time to get to know me and listen to what I had to say. It was refreshing to see that they were more interested in seeing if I would be a good fit, rather than grilling me with questions. The next work day I received an offer, which was a lot sooner than I expected. Overall my interview process with MX was quick and easy, and got me really excited to work for such an awesome company!
