Took 30+ days to arrive at a decision. I have absolutely no problem with being denied employment but what bothered me most was the waste of time. MX will pay for your hotel, rental, flight - they'll make you jump hoops with countless boring interviews (phone screens, 1:1's, informal group interviews) and then send you a standard rejection template with no specific reason for rejection other than "our team didn't feel you were a fit" -- I gather they have no idea what to hire for or what to interview for with potential candidates. It was a rather disappointing interview experience.
