A day after applying I went in to the office myself to try and talk to powers at hand and ended up getting an interview for having showed up. I really impressed the recruiter that interviewed and she said she was gonna have the hiring manager reach out to me. 2 weeks went by and I had heard nothing, so I walked back in to the office and was getting off the elevator the same time the recruiter was getting on. She definitely tried to avoid me, so I approached her and she told me, as a not even graduated applicant, that I was actually overqualified and was going to be bored in the job, so they weren’t willing to consider me further. Never did I think something like that was a real excuse, let alone for an entry level person like me
