Entrevista
I was contacted for a phone interview within a couple days of applying online. The phone screen was with the team manager and he was awesome. Very kind and genuinely interested in me as a person and my career journey as well as my career goals. He let me know he'd be advancing me to an in-person interview and talked me through how their interviewing process works.
I did my first in-person round just two days after my initial phone screen. The on-site included a technical interview with the QA team lead and a QA team member, then a culture fit interview with a backend engineer and a product team member. It was then followed by a tour of the building and a brief overview of what MX offers to employees. This interview block was about 2.5 hours.
The following week, I met with the CTO and had a short 30 minute interview where he mostly let me ask all the questions. He's awesome and lead the interview in a way I've never experienced before- very philosophical.
The next week, I had a final interview with the CCO for about 30 minutes. He was also awesome and also lead the interview from a philosophical standpoint, really digging into who I am as a person and the way I think and learn.
Overall, it was a really cool experience. MX cares a lot about the character of the people they hire and it definitely shows in the thorough interviewing process as well as in the people I get to work with. The culture is the best I've experienced in my career so far.

Entrevista
Lengthy process that took about 1 1/2 months. At each level, the interviewers were very kind and welcoming. Every person with whom I spoke made me want to work at MX more.
The culture fit is huge. Reviewing the company values early-on is beneficial.
