Interview was split into 3 steps. First one was with HR to get a general feeling for each other. After this I got a coding challenge that I could work in for about a week. After this I had a second technical interview with 2 developers. The last step was an interview with the founders. Overall the whole process felt very nicely done and even before I started the job I felt like I had a good feeling for how the company operates.
