Interview had a lot of typical questions like the work I have done previously, education, health care and community work. The Program Manager also described the organization's work to me, which was helpful to know from an external perspective. We eventually trailed off to talking about other things non-job interview related...which started to feel more casual instead of formal. If you're into that kind of thing, maybe it would be helpful to you. I do have to say that the HR person who called me was not a good communicator. I mentioned before that she called me and left a message for an interview. I called back a few minutes later and she had already forgotten who I was. Communicating with her from then on was not very on point, but luckily I didn't work with her long.
