I was invited for a phone interview, but just like so many others, the call never came. My polite e-mail was ignored.
I had read the reviews here but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. I regret that decision due to the time I wasted on this application.

Extremely disorganised and convoluted. They were box-ticking, and didn't provide me much clarity on the role I'd be doing. They said they would refund my train ticket as they wasted my time on a 2nd interview.

You studied Psychology at A-level - how does this play into marketing? (1. My A-levels were almost 10 years ago, 2. I wasn't applying for a marketing role.)

It was a bit bizarre! Firstly I had a phone screen with a recruiter, then I had to do a recorded video interview. The questions were straight forward personality, goals type questions. Then I was called in for a face to face interview and a maths test. FYI the maths test is non-calculator! So if you can't remember how to do non-calculator maths I suggest you brush up. Then there was a quick English/grammar test. The actual interview I thought was okay, the interviewers were really nice and very thorough. I would say it lasted an hour. Questions related to SEO and achievements and work history etc. The problem I had is that I didn't apply for this particular role, I applied for a graduate digital marketing position, so I don't think I knew enough about SEO. However, the interview ended positively, but then I didn't hear back from the recruitment team, despite emailing and phoning them, which I think is quite rude considering all of the time and preparation involved. A quick email to say you didn't get the job would have been enough!
