I spoke to a recruiter/board member multiple times on the phone. Got very good feedback. Scheduled a zoom interview one day with the head of the school, then had a second interview the next day with the head of board. Never heard back from them. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I got the feeling from the interview and what was disclosed that the school was new and still finding its way. It felt like they were farming for information about how other schools operate. The interviewer seemed confused about how schools and daily schedules operate. It seemed like they were in over their heads.
