Applied during fall, and it took them 3-4 months to reach out for an initial interview.
There were two interviews, and both of them were completely behavioral and non-technical. They were a bit awkward and I didn't think I did that well, but I got an offer anyway.
3 interviews with team. All behavioral, but very in depth on resume / technical skills and contributions. Different people on the team, sometimes 1 on 1 or 2 on 1. Friendly conversations.
