Very bad initial communication from the company. They told me when we scheduled the interviews what i could expect from it and in the end it turned out to be totally different. Current trainees conducted and were present on the interviews, which made it all a bit strange and the interview athmosphere less friendly and very competitive.

Several online tests in HLS style, followed by a full-day assessment in an Assessment Center in your current city of residence. During that time you get invited to several personal interviews and one over a VC system if the manager is in another country.
