Very friendly and positive. The director who interviewed me showed genuine interest in my work and immediately put me at ease. I also met a couple of other staff who were all very friendly and smiley and was shown round the office which is in a converted Victorian school building.

I had a one to one interview with the Director Mike. It was nice, we talked through the folio, what kind of projects. And was shown around the studio afterwards. Worked in a small practice was appreciated.
