Panel interview with 3 people on TEAMS - was very hard to get a conversation going or a sense of who I would work with as the line manager wasn't on the call. It was probably done to be fair, i.e. all candidates asked the same questions in the same order.

Several rounds of interviews, with the relevant members of the cross-functional team. The questions covered both experience and expertise as well as behaviors. The selection process was long and sometimes unpredictable, new rounds of interviews were added. But overall, a good experience, which gave me the opportunity to better understand the company and the role.
