Participated in 3 phases of the process:
- Phone screening interview with HR
- Online Test
- Hiring Manager interview
HR person asks you about the reason why you are seeking other opportunities and asks you to describe your job experience and why you are applying to the position.
Online test is long (more than 1 hour) and tiresome. It has questions to test your English level, Logic and personality.

Hiring Manager asked competency-based questions and repeated some of the HR questions, such as describing my job experience and my motivation to change companies and why was I applying to the position.
