Submit a CV and Cover Letter. If successful on initial screening then have numerical, verbal and logical reasoning tests. Then if scoring high enough in all three, you are invited to an individual interview (face to face), with two members of the BI team. The interview lasts around 45 minutes, with mostly competency questions and some technical questions about any excel, coding experience you may have.
