Interview process was with Two engineers and a Hiring manager. My interview with two Senior Engineers were real good, I though that I got it bot then Hiring manager came in and.... I didn't get hear back because I am looking for a job or wanna switching job in two months, even I get current job because I previous employer change the shift pattern ( I was with them for more than 2 years) which wasn't familiar to me and I got the current position as I need to live. But I applied for this position because Its perfect to me as experience and course work and I will complete my collage in short future so I can switch to higher position at the end for my two years sacrifices. But hiring manager wont like that! and keep asking me question why do you want to change the job??? well, I answer her the same every time but NO... nothing gets work. So
