Quick and efficient hiring process! I submitted my CV, and within 2 days, I received an email to do an online assessment. I passed the assessment, and 2 days later, I got invited back for an aptitude test in a test centre scheduled for the following week. 2 days after the aptitude test, they then called me to invite me for an interview in 14 days.
The interview was a pleasant experience. I was interviewed by 3 people: 1 Talent Acquisition Adviser and 2 supervisors from QC. They were all friendly, put me at ease from the start, and the interview was conversational but professional. I got offered the job the day after my interview.

Good interaction and friendly attitude from management and questions were a breeze. Never pressed on anything too technical during the interview process. Overall a positive experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a job in pharmaceuticals
The interview process Included technical based questions and personal questions with the ask for examples from your experience. There was also online personality tests. Group interview with problem solving questions and scenarios.
