The experience was one of the best I have had in my career of 10 years. I have interviewed with the some of the best companies around the globe and have worked in London and NY for 6 years, but this has been the most satisfying experience so far. The recruiter knew and explained the role better than some of us developers can do, which got me interested. There were three technical interviews which focused on majorly on Multithreading, DSA, Design Patterns and some advance Java concepts. There was smooth, timely and accurate update after each round and it was pleasure speaking to the recruitment team who were so friendly and empathetic. Although I did not make it after the final round, but the way I was treated and the manner in which the process was conducted made me a fan and I will surely try my luck again in future.

The Recruitment Team at MSCI is one of the most professional yet friendly people around. I was impressed by their conduct through out the process. I would recommend working at MSCI. Great work life balance and decent pay!!!
