      Solicitud

Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en MOTA MOTORS (San Jose, CA) en oct 2017

      Entrevista

I was initially contacted and interviewed by the Chief Product Officer, who included the CEO in my first interview. The interview took place on a Saturday, as I was relocating to the San Jose area, and I happened to be coming to town that weekend. My interviewer was about 15 minutes late and I ended up hanging out in the building lobby as no one was in the office due to it being a weekend. I found it unusual, that I would be contacted and interviewed by executive leadership so early in the process, but I assumed because this was a new position they may have been doing things differently. I was asked questions pertaining to my clinical work experience, as they indicated they were looking for someone who could provide therapy and behavioral health support to their workforce on a part-time or hourly basis. I felt that the interview went well and this was confirmed when I received a call from the Chief Product Officer a few days later asking if I would possibly be interested in a full-time role that included the wellness role as well as more traditional HR tasks. She then connected me with the company's HR representative who scheduled a Skype interview with me, as I was out of the area. Following my interview with HR, I never heard back and my attempts to reach anyone at the company were unsuccessful. I found this odd because things seemed to be moving quickly and leadership seemed to be very interested until communication abruptly stopped. Overall, I would say the interview process was atypical and the company appears to have a disorganized communication pattern.

How would you make someone open up to you that really didn't want to talk?
