2 stages:
1. The first stage was with an experienced recruiter from the company.
We discussed my experience, including questions about the highest volume of projects I have handled at once, the industries I have recruited for, the types of roles I have worked on, and how I manage stressful situations and frustration.
2. The second stage was with an external recruiter who occasionally assists the company (even though I had been informed that the second interview would be with the CEO). It was a pleasant and informal discussion where we exchanged opinions on the market, discussed the challenges of being a recruiter, and talked about my previous experience.
